Note:

  1. This folder contains the .mp3 files for the English version of Master Li's Lectures in Guangzhou.

To understand the naming convention, consider the first filename:

    CD01-Guangzhou-E-1a.mp3

This means that the file is part of the first CD, as indicated by "CD01", and that it is the "a" part of Lecture 1, as indicated by "1a". The letter "E" in the filename is short for English.

Thus, this collection has 11 CDs, CD01 through CD11; and Lecture 1 has 8 parts, 1a through 1h.

Most files are 14 to 15 minutes long, which means each CD will hold 5 files, totaling just over 70 minutes. Some CDs hold 6 files, since files that are at the beginning or the end of a lecture may be shorter.

To make CDs, one needs to convert .mp3 files into .wav files. This can be done using the MusicMatch program. The program is free. You can also play the .mp3 files using MusicMatch. Other programs, e.g., Winamp, can also be used.

  2. It is highly recommended to use NetAnts software to download all files for time-saving. Free to download NetAnts.
